What’s Volo’s Player Code of Conduct?

Player Code of Conduct

Volo players are expected to uphold kindness, respect, sportsmanship, honesty, and safety. We aim to create a welcoming environment for all. Violations may result in removal from a game or league and can lead to suspension without refund.

Key expectations

• Be kind and respectful to teammates, opponents, officials, staff, and neighbors.

• No bullying, harassment, discrimination, threats, or inappropriate contact.

• Keep play safe. No fighting, reckless behavior, or dangerous play.

• Respect officials and staff decisions. Share concerns calmly.

• Respect facilities, equipment, and property. Follow all venue policies.

• Follow league rules, including roster and eligibility requirements. Play fair and be honest.

Enforcement and reporting
Hosts and referees may issue warnings, stop play, or remove participants. Serious or repeated behavior may result in ejection, team forfeiture, suspension, or a ban without refund. This code is not exhaustive; Volo may address any behavior that undermines safety or community. To report an issue, speak with your host on site or contact your city team.

Each city has its own dedicated team focused on creating and executing amazing experiences to help build lasting connections throughout our communities. Every adult league also supports free youth programs through Volo Kids Foundation, creating more access and opportunity for the next generation.
