When signing up for Volo Pass, all members enter a 3-month initial commitment
Users must complete an exit survey and will be connected with a customer service rep who will cancel your membership within 72 hours. The membership will remain active through the subscription renewal date assuming they have completed the 3 month initial commitment
If the member has not completed the initial three month commitment, they will be billed for the remaining months and their membership cancellation date will be set accordingly.
For example, if you sign up August 3rd. You can cancel at any point during the month and your Volo Pass will be active through September 3rd.
