How does canceling the subscription work?

  • When signing up for Volo Pass, all members enter a 3-month initial commitment

  • Users must complete an exit survey and will be connected with a customer service rep who will cancel your membership within 72 hours. The membership will remain active through the subscription renewal date assuming they have completed the 3 month initial commitment

  • If the member has not completed the initial three month commitment, they will be billed for the remaining months and their membership cancellation date will be set accordingly.

  • For example, if you sign up August 3rd. You can cancel at any point during the month and your Volo Pass will be active through September 3rd.
