To cancel a pickup, class, clinic, practice, or drop-in:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to your Dashboard and select the program you want to withdraw from.
- Click Details and Information, then select Cancel [PROGRAM NAME] Spot.

For tournaments, events, series, or league registrations, please contact your local Volo team directly. They will remove you from the program, as these types of registrations are exempt from the late withdrawal and no show policy.
Please note: Volo is proud to bring people together through play in cities across the country. Each city has its own dedicated team focused on creating and executing amazing experiences to help build lasting connections throughout our communities. Every adult league also supports free youth programs through the Volo Kids Foundation, creating more access and opportunity for the next generation.
