Withdrawing early helps keep spots open for other players who are excited to join, and it gives our team time to make sure programs run smoothly. To keep things fair for everyone, we use a strike system that balances flexibility with accountability.
Volo Pass Members
If a member self withdraws from a daily program (pickup, class, clinic, practice, or drop-in) within 6 hours of the program start or does not show up, they will receive a strike. On the third strike and beyond within a three month period, a $10 fee will apply.
Strike Progression for Volo Pass Members:
1st strike → Gentle reminder
2nd strike → Friendly warning
3rd strike → $10 fee
Additional strikes within 3 months → $10 fee each
Non-Members
If a non member self withdraws within 6 hours of the program start or does not show up, they are not eligible for a credit or refund.
